Return Policy

Electrical Supply Solutions (ESS) return policy is designed to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases while also protecting the interests of our business.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your purchase date and reason for return. Our team will verify your eligibility for a return based on the following criteria:

  • The item must be a stocked item. Special order items, cable cuts and made to order items cannot be returned.
  • The item must be in a resalable condition.
  • The item must be physically returned to ESS
  • The customer must have had the item for a reasonable amount of time (determined on a case-by-case basis).

If your return request is approved, our inventory controller will process the return and issue a credit to you. If the return is not approved, our customer service representative will inform you of the decision.

In some cases, the item may need to be returned to the supplier. In these cases, our inventory controller will coordinate the return following our company’s return policy with the supplier and any freight cost will be included in the restocking fee.

Please note that our return policy may vary depending on the specific item and supplier involved. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
